Information and rates

OPENING :

The rental period is from SUNDAY to SUNDAY:

- CHECK-IN is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

- CHECK-OUT: please vacate the house by 10:00 AM at the latest ...

→ 750 euros per week... ALL YEAR ROUND

EXCEPT on the dates specified below:

→ From JUNE 16 to JULY 07, 2024 : 950 euros

→ From JULY 07 to AUGUST 25, 2024 : 1100 euros

→ Du AUGUST 25 to SEPTEMBER 15, 2024 : 950 euros

Price for one week includes household linen (sheets, towels, beach towels, dish towels, placemats...utilities and taxes.)

- End-of-stay cloning is optional : 60 euros

- Heating package : 50 euros during the winter months, from October to April if heating is necessary.

Reservation Conditions :

Any reservation must be confirmed in writing (email,letter) along with a 30% deposit of the rental amount.

The balance is due :

- either on the day of your arrival in cash or by check

- or 30 days before your arrivals by bank transfer

In case of cancellation, the deposit and the balance will be refunded if the stay is rebooked. We appreciate your trust.

Payment Methods:

Check, cash, postal or bank transfer.

We do not accept credit cards.

Security Deposits :

A security deposit of 400€ is required :

- either on the day of your arrival in cash or by check

- or 30 days before your arrival
